This year, DASH is celebrating 10 years as an independent nonprofit—and for North Texas Giving Day, we’re inviting our whole community to celebrate with us in a simple way:
Give $10 for 10 Years of DASH
For more than a decade, DASH has provided asylum-seeking individuals and families with a safe place to call home and a community to walk alongside them during one of the most uncertain seasons of their lives. For the last 10 years as an independent nonprofit, that work has been made possible by thousands of people choosing to show up, give, volunteer, pray, advocate, and welcome.
And this year, we want to see what happens when all of us show up together.
If every person who follows DASH on social media gave just $10, we could raise more than $10,000 to continue providing the housing, food, case management, ESL, legal support, transportation, and community our residents rely on as they build their lives in North Texas.
Your $10 will join thousands of others to help:
- Provide a safe, furnished home for newly arriving families seeking refuge without safe housing
- Surround families with practical support and meaningful community
- Equip individuals and families with the tools they need to move toward independence
- Ensure DASH can continue welcoming the next family who needs a place to call home
