Associate Executive Director
Full-Time | Fort Worth, TX
DASH Network is seeking an Associate Executive Director to provide leadership for the organization’s people, programs, and day-to-day operations. This role serves as DASH’s primary internal leader, working closely with the Executive Director to translate organizational vision and strategy into effective operations.
The Associate Executive Director will oversee staff leadership and development, resident programs, volunteer and church engagement, and organizational operations. This position is ideal for a collaborative, mission-driven leader who excels at developing people, strengthening teams, and ensuring programs operate effectively.
As a Christian ministry serving asylum seekers, DASH seeks a leader who is deeply aligned with our mission and committed to leading with compassion, integrity, and faith.
